i must be doing something wrong, i'm trying to make animated gif with paint shop pro, plays fine there but once i upload it all i get is what you see to the left

I tried to grab your avatar to check out what the problem might be in Animation Factory, but it appears you've uploaded a jpg, not a gif.
So, that would explain why it's not animated. :c)There's no place like 127.0.0.1

not paying attention was my problem, i better be careful there that's how you end up with movies with no sound,
anyway, off to have some fun with these giffy's,
watch this space for ever changing avatar(infact i think i'll change my username to "everchanging avatar") -
When I make gif's I use flash. Its really easy and I've got some good stickfigure ninja fights done.
