  2. If +/- 1-2mb is ok, then yes. Using the wizard towards the last step it will let you select your Bitrate, Filesize, and Target media. Type 700 in the filesize box.

FYI You can make it 800MB and it will fit on a 700MB CD-R, VCD/SVCD/CVDs use MODE 2 to burn, which makes a 700MB CD-R hold a 800MB VCD/SVCD/CVD. Basicly you can get a better image, with no drawback. If you want, make it 700MB and look at the CD-R afterwards, it wont be burned all the way to the outter edge.

  4. You can adjust the bitrate, but it wont show you the resulting file size, so I guess not w/o the wizard, or you could download a bitrate calculater from the Tools section, basicly you feed it the bitrates you are using it will tell you the file size.

Some bit rate calcs also allows you to enter the movie length and the file size you want, giving you the bit rate to use to reach this size.

FILE SIZE = Bitrate * Time

TAMAÑO del ARCHIVO = Bitrate * Tiempo
VOLUME de FICHIER = Bitrate * Temps
AKTE GRÖSSE = Bitrate * Zeit
FORMATO di LIMA = Bitrate * Tempo

No matter how you say it ....FILE SIZE = Bitrate * Time
