    I was wondering if there is a way to add a logo to the movie while capturing with an ATI all in wonder?

    No. Not during capture.

    It has to be added with an editing application like Premiere during the edit process.

    You can capture AVI with MMC, edit in Premiere, then encode with Adobe MPEG Encoder. I've done that before.
