    Hi,

    I want to know the best way to convert from NTSC 29.97 frames per second down to PAL 25 frames per second?

  2. I want to know also, from now i know the best method is making a MPEG-2 file and playback with RealMagic's MPEG-2 decode card....any good advice??

  4. cant you just goto tmppgnc and use the vcd(palfilm) template
    thats how it works right regular is 29.97 and film is 25 fps
    right ??? check it out

    You could... but the output video will probably turn into a horrible regular skipping mess.

    Framerate conversions are HARD to do.

  6. if u r lucky and have a copy of premiere, create a pal template, feed in your ntsc source then frameserve with avisynth to tmpeg with a pal template loaded. then premiere will work out all the frame resizing and framerate for you, with great results
