    When I try to convert this avi file to mpeg, I get sound but no video? I loaded in the template for standard VCD.
    What am I doing wrong?

    Is the file big that was created (mpeg) If it was, you need to rip the audio with v-dub first, and then convert the avi to mpeg in tmpgenc using the audio you ripped.
