That is the first thing I do after I upload the pics to my system, is to resize them to under 50kb.

You have special chacaters in the filename, remove the comma and # from the name. Only use letters and numbers, an no spaces.

I just tried it again and seen a quick message at the top that says it cannot be more than 60,000 bytes (it was a quick small message) but the file size is already 46.5kb.

Wierd, let me post a picture. Right-click an it ans save it to your hard drive. then rename it to test.jpg and try to post it here. That way we know the picture is valid.
