In premiere 6. Is it better saving my Movie (from my camcorder) as "Microsoft DV AVI or Microsoft AVI" or something else. Should i save the Pixel Aspect ratio as "Square Pixel o0r D1/DV Pal 1.067". All this before i put it through the tempge program. Thax in advance

You may be better off frame serving the Premiere timeline with Avisynth directly into TEMPGEnc. It will save steps and keep quality high.
I've never used this method because I have Premiere 6.5 and use it's Main Concept encoder. I've read that many people frame serve out of Premiere 6.Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........ -
I don't think you can frameserve from Premiere with Avisynth.
I know for sure this works:

premiere 6 is pretty crappy when it comes ot DV anyway .. you should upgrade to 6.5 or pro .. instead ..
