would it make any difference whatsoever if i capture at 720x240 instead of 352x240?? either way i use TMPGE to encode at 352x240. i'm just wondering if capturing at 720x240 would give a better picture before the encoding rather than 352x240. or would it be the same since the output after encoding is 352x240??? i'm just looking for another tip on the subject of better input better output....
