problem with hp200e??

I got the worst problem after my drive got upgraded firmware ( to v1.51).
I could burn the dvd+r since then. it burned almost 80-90% and causing an error. I am using ( Nero6.0.0.15, Img Tool, Record Now Max, copytoDVD, clonedvd); it had an error every time I burned dvd movies and if burning data dvd+r is fine.
I bought the Ritek dvd+r at "allmediaoutlet.com", I am afraid that the problem is caused by the media. what you guys think? thanks.
any has the same my problem or any one has any idea. please help.

hi guys,
I just found out that the problem is caused by the usb drivers.
b/c I thought that my system has usb1.1 or the dvd burner needs usb 2.0 , is it right. and how can I check to know what version of usb is on my system. thanks alot. I just don't know if I posted the wrong place again??
