I recently purchased a Toshiba sd2700 dvd player. I just burned a xvcd and vcd using different types of recordable cds. I have used Sony CDRW, Gigastorage, Professioanl Memeorex, and a few other brands. Everytime i play the movie it stops for a second a plays for a second. What should i do?? Is it the CDs, Nero, or my DVD Player?

To find out whether it is the problem of the media or the way of burning, just copy a commercial VCD to the CD-RW and play it in your player. It it works then it is the burning problem. If it dosn't work then change another brand CD-RW.
