    did you even click the link? Its a guide on how to fix bad frames. You can't get much more helpful then a step by step guide!!! Geez.

    And here I thought I'd go the whole day without a cheaky newbie tirade. He must have just got home from school and had to mow the lawn before he was allowed on the computer.

    Bad mouthing people you are asking (blatantly obvious questions you can find in 30 seconds of searching) help from is not a good way to get future help.
