TMPGEnc??? I dont get it!

i dont understand the settings on tmpgenc. also what is the load button that i should click on to choose my sort of cd like ntsc or pal. everybody says theres a load button that makes it easyer but i dont see any load button!! i am able to change .asf into mpeg but it takes up to 2 days!!!!!!! i am really frusterated with this program so if anybody knows of a better program or the correct settings that dont take so long please tell me.

if you look in the how to links to the left you will find all you need to know with pictures these should help
or the load button is inbetween settings and save bottom right hand corner press it and sellect template you want click open then start at top left

this doesnt help. i wanna know how to choose the vidiopal or ntscfilm and when i click on load it looks for a .mcf file??? thanks for the reply but im still stuck.
