    what prog do i need to rip dvd to mpeg cheers

    There are many in the guides to the left under DVDRIP.(see dvd to vcd or svcd).
    dvd2svcd is a good all in one prog.
    Although easy vcd worked for me.


    Rip and convert with easy vcd. Does it all for you.
    Then burn with VCD easy (different program), if needed.

    If you're not ripping subltitles, Easy VCD is about as easy as it gets.

    DVD2SVCD is pretty easy. But it looks overwheliming at first. Rip a movie with Easy VCD and DVD2SVCD might look easier and understandable.

    But defintely burn with VCDEasy!

    DVDx with the Premiere video server plugin to TMPGEnc.
