I followed the guide on www.dvdrhelp.com/svcddvdr.htm and I used the external SSRC and the audio still isn't syncronized. The audio comes a bit after the lips move. What can I do?

Is it a gradual loss (i.e more out of sync near the end of the move than the begining), or is the audio out of sync by the same amount the entire time?

It is not the same all the way through but it isn't gradual either.
