  1. Hi everyone, I did a search through this forum, but couldn't find an answer to this question.

My DVD player (and TV) and my computer can read both NTSC and PAL DVD-Rs. However, I was wondering if there was an easy way for me to tell if the DVD-R I have is in either NTSC or PAL format. I know there are programs for the PeeCee that do that, but I haven't been able to find one for the Mac.

    Thanks for any help!

    Lynne

(I'm using Mac OS 10.2.6 with a Superdrive)

Drag one of the .vob files onto MPEG Info X, and it will tell you if the file is encoded in NTSC or PAL format. Download it from http://www.sbpr.a.se/systemjammers/mpeginfo/
