why nero is not responding

after converting a movie with tmge tried to burn with nero 5.54 it it comes up with the message and i pick reencoding the video it start and stop then i hit control alt and delete and it says not responding

If you have made the video with tmpgenc using vcd templates you shouldnt have to select reencode in nero, if it anyways says it ignore the message and try and burn.
