Help! I'm a newbie- I'm using Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 that came with my new TDK indiDVD, & I've downloaded any available updates. My issue is that the .mp3 & .wma music clips I've attached to some of the "movies" (still image slideshows mixed with video) on DVD are dropping out when played back on two different manufacturer's newer standalone DVD players. By "dropping out" I mean it sounds like a clipping amplifier when the signal level is too high or whatever- brief missing sections of audio in rapid succession. The .wma & .mp3 seem equally affected. Original audio in the DV video clips plays back just fine. Of course everything is fine on the computer with Roxio's playback software. Any suggestions?

Ive had this problem with older mp3's that are done in 128k. I've particulary had problems with certain MP3's stored on a CDR with a sharpie pen writing on the top. Also, about 1/2 of the mp3's I've ever downloaded off of P2P are corrupt (hint hint) and worthless. Make your own or don't bother.
Try a test audio from an audio CD.To Be, Or, Not To Be, That, Is The Gazorgan Plan -
The .wma files were ripped directly from an audio CD. Is this what you mean by a "test audio from an audio CD"?
