    using TMPGEnc to encode to svcd, in step 2 it says to load the correct svcd template. how do i know which one to use?

    one way is just to open the source video with windows media player and select statitcs....if framerate 25 it is a pal and 29,97 ntsc or 23,9797 ntsc film
