  1. What is the best solution to mix VCDs and SVCDs to one CD-R?
I mean I would like to make a music video collection to one
cd with menus. I use TMPGEnc DVD Author to make menus,
but I can't import VCDs and SVCDs together to one project.

What can I do to solve this problem?

I know that I could encode all files to SVCD or VCD format but
then I would get quality loss. Is there any way to burn to burn
    them without having this problem?

And I also noticed that TMPGEnc DVD Author doesn't allow 23.976 FPS (NTSC Film)
format only 29.97 FPS (NTSC) and 25 FPS (PAL)

So I need also help to convert NTSC Film to PAL or NTSC. Can I do that without
    re-encoding? And without qaulity loss?

  2. Can't be done. VCD and SVCD use different file formats (see what is sections to left). You can mix VCDs and xVCDs, or SVCD and xSVCD on the same CDR thou.

  3. Can I change the FPS without re-encoding?
Like fastning/slowing the video and audio file so I wouldn't have to re-encode and have quality loss, this can be done to audios with the use of GoldWave but can I do it to video?

A miniDVD would work, but then you have little player compatibility (except for great catches like my Norcent 300 8) ). Only thing needing to be changed would be the SVCD patching for DVD compliance.

Make sure you put the different varieties each on a separate VTS, cuz otherwise it absolutely won't work.

Could you tell me little more. I don't know how to do a miniDVD? With TMPGEnc or something?
