  1. Sorry, didn't see the info yet : does Toast accept 90 minutes (or more) CDs and overburning ?

Have been using Toast 5 and have always been able to burn 96 mins on 99 min media (CompUSA brand- they don't seem to carry them anymore). No overburning though. I use MMB for overburning or larger than 96 min files (it still tell's me I should select overburn with a 96 min 20 sec file), I guess it really depends on your burner's capablity.

most likely you are right. If i overburn (which i hardly do) i just use MMB. It works nicely

  5. Sure!
Firestarter is good at overburning too.
But the interest of Toast supporting overburning would now be that you could overburn an authored VCD/SVCD (with menu and chaptering), which I have not been able to do yet.
For instance, by creating a VCD/SVCD in VCDbuilder and generating xa.img, neither MMB nor Firestarter accept them. Not a big issue, though...

I can agree, it would be nice to have overburn as an option in toast. Who knows, perhaps with 6.1 it will be in there if you suggest it.
