I have a movie (Ninja scroll) that has 29,97 frames/sec.
I have dutch subs, and I wanna put them under.
No problem you must think.
But the timing isn't the same.
Can anyone help me out?
I'll even say where to get the movie from and send you the dutch subs.
If someone could just give me perfect synchronised subs in return.
Send me a PM if you're willing to try.

Try SubTitleStudio. It can convert between different frame rates. Probably the subs are for 25 fps, so you have to do a 25 to 29,97 fps conversion.
