I was hoping some of you experienced people could help me out with doing Divx 2 Pass Encoding with Premiere.

I have been doing it the way I've outlined below for over 6 months and its just too tedious. I usually capture about 7 TV shows that I want to encode and it takes a long time b/c I've got to setup each pass for each video.

The way that I'm currently doing it is:
1. Capture the video in Premiere
2. Edit the video in Premiere
3. File->Export Movie. (I export the video and audio seperately)
- At this stage I select the DivX 2 pass encoding
- This is where I need help b/c I have to select the first pass then let that run for a while (On a different computer). Then I have to select the 2nd pass then that that run for a while(On a different computer). And repeat this for each video.
4. File->Export Audio
5. Combine Video and Audio in VirtualDub
6. Finished DivX video

I would like to be able to queue up the first and second pass for each video and also queue up each video in sucession. This way I would spend maybe 30-45 minutes setting up the videos and then I could just leave it for 15 hours (or however long it takes).

Also, I know a few people will recommend that I just use VirtualDub for the whole process. The reason why I don't use VirtualDub for the beginning is b/c of its poor video editing capibilities. If someone knows a good way to make EXACT (down to a single frame) cuts (to cut out commericals) and then join together the video with VirtualDub or through another method/program then I would love to hear about it.

Thanks in Advance for the Advice.
