    I am using wioncd 3.8 with a Ricoh MP9120A-DP when I first installed winoncd my Ricoh was recognised as 12X write but when I closed down the next time I used winoncd It will only give me A maximum of 4X write how do I keep the record settings at 12x If I remove the Ricoh from my system then reboot some times It defaults back to 12x.

    are you sure you don't have a blank cd in the drive that only writes 4x max? i had this happen to me. felt pretty stupid but was glad to know it wasn't the burner. Burners automatically detect what is the fastest the the cd will burn and displays that.
