How do I set-up avi2meg2 for batch conversion

I am trying to create several streaming meg2 files with avi2meg2. I load in an *.m2v file set it up to just multivlex the video and then I click batch encode and then start in order toset up the second conversion and then the program launches and starts multiplexing.
Does any one know how I can batch multiplex using this program. This will make my life easier.
