I need a software that can extract the sound from d dvd into a wav, wma, anything but not ac3 with d best compresion and quality, what do u suggest?

Wow, im honnored to be asked personaly for help
1.Rip and demux DVD using DVDDecrypter.
2.Use TMPGEnc to convert AC3>WAV or MP3.Use "Output to file" for WAV or lame.exe for MP3. -

He has been with me very helpful, i guess it doesn't matter how long someone has been here, right?
I use dvd decrypter most of the time to rip the dvds, then i use dvd2avi-demux to wav- to extract the audio but i always get i big file, for an average movie i got 800mb to 1gb, but if i try to get an ac3 format it will be 5 hundred something average, wich is ok.
The main idea is to normalize the sound to -6db with Sound forge but SF won't read ac3 so i need any other format, wav, wma, etc in order to normalize it, then with virtual dub i join both, audio and video.
Meybe you know any software that can read ac3 and normalize it at the same time and can be save to avi or anything else.
