    this has never happened before.. but i tried to convert a avi divx or xvid movie into vcd.. but the thing is.. it always takes like 10 minutes for it to start converting and if i close it before it starts.. the illegal things pops out and stuff.. i even tried it at my friend's house.. same results.. anyone know what's wrong?

    Bad Movie/Corrupted file or non standard format.

    If it were me I'd do again what I do when that happens. Discard it and move on.

    can frameserve it to TMPGenc
