    Hi Baldrick..

What is with that blastic spinning Gloab, at the top of my IE window ??

Every time I head to the main page to update latest posts, that damn thing
wont stop spinning, and my progress bar crawls very slowly for ever. It's
driving me nuts, cuase sometimes, my surfing actitives acts up because of
    this

Any reason why it does this, and how to fix it ?

    Thanks,

Could you try with another browser?? does it load forever then also??

    Hi all,

    @ Baldrick..

Yes, I thought that too, about the banners.

Here's my usual scenario.. usually, when I first load up vcdhelp main page
for the day (evening on week days) it comes in fine and no Gloab problems.

When I exit out of vcdhelp or refresh the page, that's when the Gloab spins
forever. But, it's random. Sometimes, it stops if I press the Stop key
immediately, and sometimes it keeps going, even if no data (main page)
    is displayed.

    Here's my IE version: 5.00.2314.003IC
    Under Windows 98 Gold.

Hope that helps.. and thanks for your looking into this matter.

  5. Have you tried emptying out your temporary internet files and cache then seeing if the problem still exists?

I've seen some crazy things happen because of cached files.

Ok, I will let you all know, when I try again. I just cleared over 200mb
worth of cached data, except those that won't let me delete them

    Thanks for your inputs,
