ISO to AVI

Is there any way to covert an iso file that i use to burn a dvd into an avi file so that i can store it on a dvd-rw

if so what programs do i use

Use WinISO to
1) open ISO file
2) extract VOB file you need
then use VirtualDUB MPEG-2 (found in the Tools section) to
3) convert it to avi.
