I've searched before I decided to write this. There were other inquiries but nothing seemed to cover what I am experiencing.
I downloaded this release: Matrix.Reloaded.REPACK.DVDRip.DivX-Pr0nStarS and the video in avi format is crisp and clear, plays great. The problem here is when I go to convert the avi to mpeg to auther an svcd, the video comes out choppy. I am converting the video at the Highest quality (slowest conversion time) and also at the maximum bitrate. It only becomes choppy when the camera pans around, other than that it's fine.
Any ideas why it would turn out like this and what I could do to fix it?
