I have an Apex 600A, and every VCD that I have tried have had the same problem, the tops and bottoms were clipped off the screen. When I test out the VCD in the computer, it works and looks fine. I've tried 352x240 NTSC and 352x240 (NTSC 704x480 from TMPENC and various Video Arrange Methods (Center, Full screen, keep aspect ratio, etc). I'm burning with Nero. How can I get my movie(s) to at least fit on screen? I wouldn't mind having a letterbox movie. Help!

its cos of your TV mate, that happens to me too. if you are using TMPGEnc to encode your VCD's then do this. if your encoding resolution is 352x240, then goto settings, advanced and change the video arrange method to CENTER CUSTOM SIZE. instead of typing 352x240 there, type 335x230. if you are encoding in 480x480 type 465x470. that adds black border to thge movie without cropping the picture, which means that the edges should not really get cropped on your TV.
