    usually it's VTS_0X_0.VOB... you can open it with DVD2avi and make d2v-file and then use Avisynth skript and then encode it with CCE -> m2v... 8)

    Or just open the VTS_0X_0.VOB with VobEdit... then just demux etc -> *.m2v...
