well obviously, he's talking about porn.. recently i viewed a porn clip that was kind of weird.. anytime the pubal regions were shown there was a "clear circle" that appeared to be following the pubal region around.. kind of like an anti-mosiac filter or something.. it looked like authentic asian porn to me, so the pubic region would have originally been blurred out.. maybe they just put that there so they could market it as "uncensored hardcore pr0n!!!!"

Actually, the vids without the mosaics are for "outside of Japan" releases. The ones with mosaics you've been watching have been bought from the DVD shops in Japan (bless their hearts!), ripped, and released.
