Hello,
I have a PIII 500 with 300 Megs memory, I have the ati TV tuner card, a CDRW drive and both NERO and Easy CD creator.
I have been making VCD's for a while now. The way I do this is use the ATI software and check on capture for VCD. Then I put it on a cd using easy CD 5.0.
My problem is the quality on the Television is not great. I am told that SVCD is much better. I have not idea how to capture video for SVCD. I am assuming I will also need to use NERO to burn it on a CD which I have.
If anyone can give me some advice I would appreciate it.
