I am very new to my dvd-rw drive and the software that I got but I am looking for a little help. I am currently running an external Pioneer 106 on firewire, this works absolutley fine when backing up backups etc
I want to backup an original, so i uses dvddecrypter to rip the original to a file and then "Intervideo" to burn to a disc, this works fine and I have had no problems.
I know you cannot fit a whole dvd onto a disc due to that most dvd's are dual layer nowadays, Is there anyway of keeping the main menu from the original and adding that to the backup ? I know the extra's will not work, but would like the menu.
Apologies if there is a guide for this that I have missed but I gotta start somewhere.
Thanks In Advance
AJ

Try this:

And there is a tool caled menuedit that will allow you to take out items from the menu that are no longer active.
