The only way I know of to improve a video is improve the capture. Instead of capturin in MPEG, you may want to try to capture in DivX. But the best way ids to capture in DV, in my opinion, then convert it directly into DVD.

, well, inside me i bulieved this was the answer but i hoped there would be another way, the problem is that my pc is 933 mhz and in order to do that i should have pIV 1.5Ghz to 2Ghz.

Bull.
I had a 1.0 Ghz AMD Athlon and captured just fine into the DV-AVI format at 720x480 rez.
Now you have to be kind of intelligent about it, I wouldn't suggest trying to copy a 1.5 hour movie straight into one file. But if you slice the movie up and capture the movie in sections it works just fine. You just have to go back and put the movie back together again. And you may not have to do that, I didn't have to with my 1.0 Ghz.
