I have a HP computer that will record and pause live TV. I'm using Windows XP Media Center. But it catures TV as a .dvr-ms file. How can I convert this to a MPEG2 file, so I can burn it to DVD? If not, then, what is the best software to capture TV and convert to MPEG2 to burn to a DVD? Lots of late nights reading and research, but no answers.....help!
