Help with Power Producer and DVD Authoring

I most just have some problem making dvd's

I'm now trying Power Producer 2 by Cyberlink to burn dvd's from recordings I'm making from my satellite receiver.

I'm capturing using Power VCR II with the format of mpeg2. I take that file and open it up into Power Producer and go through the steps of burning and then it goes through all the stuff like it's making the disc. But when it gets close to the end I'm getting this error.

Power Producer has failed to complete the task. (EOFF000C)

1) An Error occurred in the burning software Developer Kit (SDK)

And that's it.

Anyone got any suggestions?

this is off topic but hope you can help me i have power producer 2 gold and trying to make a slide show with transitions i read the help but cant find the dropdown window to add them can you help?
