Anyone ever heard of being able to share internet connection with an internal dsl modem. I have 2 pc's networked in my home, one of them has the intel pro 2100 dsl modem(internal) and the other pc just has a nic card with ethernet running over to the hub. I have been told this can be done, but it is not supported by the DSL provider. They said I need to have an external modem that plugs into the uplink on my hub and that is the only way to do it. Any help would be appreciated because I dont want to go out and spend 300 on an external modem
