    Do a search for VobMerge. It joins VOB, M2V, AC3, etc.

    You can use DVD Decrypter to extract M2V and AC3.

    Sup is an IfoEdit subtitle file only. DVDs use Sub files. You can use Subrip to extract the Sub file from the VOBs, save it as an srt (Subrip) file and use srt2sup to convert it.
