  1. I'M USING TMPGEnc TO CONVERT JPEGS TO MPEG BUT ONLY ONE AT A TIME. CAN TMPGEnc BATCH PROCESS IT (if so how?) OR DO I NEED ANOTHER PROGRAMM.

    Set your encoder settings for one file, select file>Add current project to the batch list. Do this with all the jpegs, then select file> batch encode> run.

  3. How do you get TMPGEnc to take .JPEG as input video ?
    I tried and can't.

    I just select the .jpg as video source and convert....
    Maybe you should go to option> enviromental setting> VFAPI and set a higher priority for still images.
