    try burning it straight with Nero, it works, that's what I do.

    if you want to string a bunch of bmps together to make a real mpg, i suggest a program called videomach. it can take bmps, other mpgs etc and make them to mpgs. it allows lots of control, in terms of order, framerate, how many frames for each bmp etc. i usually output to high res very high bitrate (lik 10mbps) mpg1 and then re-encode to mpg2 (so i don't lose any quality in the transfer).

    also, if you can get a copy of adobe premiere, you can use the timeline (very poiwerful) and export with cce plugin.
