once again ...we see why it's not good to post about beta stuff. If you have an OEM cd...I guarantee ya that's not gonna be the same as the final. I say no more for risk of ...blah blah blah.

I have many DVDs that have no english subs but DO have closed captioning, or the closed captioning simply looks better than subtitles (i.e. smaller and less obstructive of the screen). I often turn it on to decipher low volume dialogue, etc, though I'm not hard of hearing.
As far as I'm concerned, the lack of closed captioning retention makes Instant Copy useless, and a far cry from the "1:1 copy solution" they claim. -
Ive not yet used IC 8. Sounds like it is just IC 7 with alot of the hacks that are out implemented out of the box. The variable precentage thing is what Ive been doing for 4-5 months. Ah well. Maybe they read Mr Bass's site and worked with it...lol. I just wish I could get in contact with him. I want to learn to do batch processing. :0-(
