Is there a why to convert all the cool features from a SVCD toa VCD. Most impoortantly the chapters. My dvd player can play a SVCD when I do the header trick and burn it as a VCD, put I lose my chapters. Is there a why to use the SVCD chapters on a VCD?

SVCD and VCD chapters work in exactly the same way.
You need to describe with more detail on what you are doing. It sounds like you are making an XVCD of some sort and some features may not work properly on all players...

Have you tried VCDEasy, its a GREAT program. You can create both SVCD and VCD cd's with chapters. All you need to do is import a video file then select were you want the chapters to start. Either by selecting 'chapter points' or saying that you want a new chapter to start every 15min for example.
Like vitualis said, you need to say in more detail what you want to do. I think I have covered what you wanted to know. Yes VCD does support chapters.
