  2. 1. Get your xbox modded.....you can either get a real modchip or flash your existing bios(you have to know what your doing if you want to do this)
    2. Flash your modchip
    3. Replace your dashboard with evox or some other dashboard
    4. Ftp the files of the game from your xbox to your comp.
    5. Make a Gdfimage of those files
    6. Burn the gdfimage

you can skip number 3 if you have the new x24978 bios...

  4. It is.

Cheaper to have someone do it for you.

xbox uses xfat file system so thats why its complicated.

  6. I know this is a digressing post on an already relatively off-topic thread, but are most Xbox games able to be backed up onto DVD-5? In other words, are there some that actually fill a DVD-9?

  7. there's like 5 games that are dvd-9....

    metal gear
    shenmue 2
    onimusha
i think the new star wars
    and a couple others

you can still play rips of these games or put all of it on your hard drive if you replace the hard drive on your xbox.

  8. If you're 'backing up' a game... just go out and buy it. I couldn't imagine playing a back-up of Halo. That just wouldn't be right.
