Your question is pretty open and Im sure someone will point that out and give you a long speech about all the technical terms of widescreen and fullscreen but here is a very simple suggestion DVDPatcher can resize our .vob's aspect or change to 4:3 or 16:9 then IfoEdit to create .ifo. Or try Tmpeg but that will take much much longer. Your goin to have to be more specific about what types of files and many other things to get the answer your looking for. but i hope i helped a little
