    trying to convert xvid/avi to svd with tmpgen and watching the preview screen its upside down so i just aborted?

    do you have the latest xvid codec installed? what are your environmental settings in tmpgenc? post the info so we can suggest a solution.
    I said I'll be done in a minute. I meant a Microsoft minute.
