    I have been using this program for 6 weeks now and I have just discovered a problem. I have the latest version and I have the ac3codec isnatlled. However everytime I try to open a AC3 movie, it processes like normal. But it gets to 100% in 5 secs then stays there for 30mins without ever finishing. Hence I cannot save the sound to convert the movie. What am I doing wrong?

    Try un-installing and re-installing the ac3 codec.
    If that doesn't work try another prog like Vitualdub-MPEG2-AC3, but make sure you install the AC3-ACM decompressor. Its in the tools section.
