Capture Macromedia Video Streams - How??

Hi everyone. I am trying to capture broadcast news footage of the 109 degree heatwave we had for home video. I can access the news department "videofeed" which plays in a window using Macromedia Flash.

How can I get these clips captured to another format like AVI?

I can find no way to download the clip. Is there a tool that will screen capture the stream??

Look in the tools section on this site. There is a tool there that allows for recording of internet streaming feeds.

Thanks. I tried the three in the tools section but none of them will open the URL. I believe the format streaming is Macromedia and not the windows asx,wmf etc. files. Any other tools you know of.
