    I would like to know if Playstation 2 play DVD+r. I have a DVD+RW writer and want to know if PS2 Can play.

    It plays my DVD+R's, no problems. So does X-Box.
    Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........

    V1-V3....very rarely for +, MUCH better - Compatibility.
    V4-50/50. some do +, some don't Usually those with the Gran Turismo 3 pack-in will play + No - problems as far as I know.
    V5-any current version play + and - no problem.

    My Xbox won't play them. Whats your secret??? FYI I have one of the very first Xbox's. I got it the day it was released. Maybe that's why?

    PS2 will play DVD+R.

    I have a release day XBOX and it plays all my DVD+R as well. Couldn't really tell you why as they just always have.

    My PS2 plays any DVD I put into it. Its the damn XBOX that I cant get to play anything.

    Nero has a XBOX compatibility mode selection I think. Search the forum for 'xbox' it might give that info.
