what to do about frame size

I am going to convert a movie and the movie has a frame size of 20.000 fps and when you burn a movie it should either be NTSC or PAL. NTSC is 29.97 or 23.976 and PAL is 25 but my movie is 20 so what should i do to fix it.

Search the forum for the multitude of threads concerning that issue. Search for "PAL to NTSC Conversion" in the search field.

It is very possible to convert the video in to the desired framerate, just by changing it's playback speed, just as all hollywood tiltes are converted for DVD use.
